Ideal for first line managers of which a management qualification can be embedded

We have industry experts working in our company to facilitate the delivery

Level 3 Retail Team Leader
Ideal for those learners managing a small team within the retail environment

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
To provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist
The main purpose is for the learner to be an advocate of customer service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries
